IS SHIPPING FREE?

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $100.00 or more.
  • $10.00 Standard Shipping on orders less than $100.00.

If there are any additional shipping charges it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

YOUR ORDER SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

It may happen when your order has different items. So it may be shipped from different international warehouses. Also, we may ship the ordered items at different times depending on the readiness and availability to prevent any delay for your order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Normally, it takes 2-5 business days for us to process your orders, we will check the product quality, package products, transport products to logistics companies, etc. to ensure providing a perfect shopping experience. Non-stock items will be sent out according to different processing times. You can check it from the product page. It may be delayed if we encounter holidays. Orders are shipped out from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as they can! Most of the orders reach the USA in 3 to 5 weeks (varies from product to product). Some products have fast shipping to the US, it will be delivered in 4 to 14 days.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, of course. You can track your shipment through the tracking number sent to you by a shipping confirmation email, click on it, and you will be redirected to the tracking page. Allow 5 -10 days for the tracking information to be updated on the site.

WHAT HAPPENED IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. Flip Boots cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control. However, in cases of being lost, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
